夏の湿気の多い時期は汗をかくことでスッキリと、冬の寒い時期は足先までポカポカと、1年を通してデトックスさせていただいています。
よもぎ蒸しの翌日は顔のくすみがとれ、透明感がでて、気持ちがはずみます。
これからも通わせていただきます。

冷え性・低体温でしたが、今では体温も上がり冬の時期も過ごしやすくなりました。
スタッフの方も気さくで話しやすいので、お話できるのも楽しみの一つになっています。

普段のお風呂で体が温まるのとはまた違っているので、月1、2回のペースで通わせていただいてます(^^)

元々冷性で低体温(35度代)だったのが36度代になりました。汗もあまりかかなかったのですが通っていくうちにしっかり汗が出るようになってとても気持ちいいです。
施術中はスタッフの方との会話が楽しくて45分があっという間です。健康の知識が豊富なので体のことも相談に乗ってもらえて心強いです。

私はサウナや岩盤浴はすぐのぼせてしまうのですが、よもぎ蒸しは顔が出ていますし、スタッフさんが細かく温度調整してくださるので、気持ちよく入れました。
気さくなスタッフさんとお喋りしているとあっという間の45分間です。
またお伺いしたいです。
