★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が新しく、綺麗。居室の広さも車イス使用でも充分過ごせる。各部屋に洗面所が付いている。各居室の他に喫煙室、浴室、トイレ、食堂、スタッフルーム、などがある。近所にスーパー、銀行、市役所などあり立地も良いと思う。
