吴誉応天が1615年に開創した。境内には松の古木がある。「吴誉応天の13回忌にあたる1634年、松から光が放たれた。調べると観音像があった。」という伝説が残る。
Bodaiji Temple Goshin Temple Jodo Sect
It was founded in 1615 by Wu Honor Oten. There is an old pine tree in the precincts. The legend remains that "In 1634, the 13th anniversary of the Honorable Mention, a light was emitted from the pine tree. When examined, there was a Kannon statue."
