★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイクアウトで２度食べて美味しかったので初めてお店行きました。お料理美味しいし女将さんと思われる方がとっても対応良いのでまた行きたいと思ってます。
 I ate it twice at takeout and it was delicious so I went to the store for the first time. The food is delicious and the person who seems to be the landlady is very good at responding, so I would like to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に比べ、不味くなりました。天ぷらなど、安くてもはし切れを出すのはどうしたんだろうと思ってしまいました。
5人グループなどで大声で話している客には、バイトの様な若い店員さんには対処できないだろうな、と思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページでは、17～19時迄はハッビーアワーとなっていたが、飲みに行ったら、店員に「今はやってません！」と言われ、利用できませんでした???
当日は、飲み放題も利用出ないと言われ
たので、速攻お会計して店を出ました！
最悪な店でした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外から見てカウンターに誰もいない様なので一人で申し訳ない気持ちではあったが入ってみると、若い店員にいきなり睨むような目線で「今満席です」と早く出ろと言わんばかりにぶっきらぼうに。その言い方と態度に無性に腹がたちました。満席なら仕方ないけど「あいにく只今」とか「大変申し訳ありません」「またお願いします」とか言えないのですか？それよりもまず入って睨み付けるのではなく「いらっしゃいませ」が言えないのですかね？コロナで飲食店は大変なご苦労をされたと思います。収まると苦労は忘れるんですかね。少しでも応援をと思って大好きないわき市で食事をしようと行ったのですが、その思いは一気に吹き飛びました。過度な従業員教育とかじゃなくて、数ある飲食店の中から来てくれた客に感謝する気持ち位は指導してください。言葉一つ態度一つで印象は大分変わりますよ。以前お隣の系列店？で嫌な思いをして違う店ならと思っていったのですがやはり同じでした。懲りずに行くほうがバカなのかもしれませんが、何の変化も成長もないのですね。余計な事ですが私も長くお客様相手の仕事をしております、自営はお客様が来て頂いてこそ商いが成り立つのではないですか？HP見させて頂きましたが、出会った全ての人からありがとうと感謝される会社ですよね？オーナーさん、ミステリーショッパー等、一度本当に接客チェックとかしたら？会社のモットーが泣きますよ。

Previously an affiliated store next door? I didn't like it and thought it would be a different store, but it was the same. It may be stupid to go without discipline, but there is no change or growth. It's superfluous, but I've been working with customers for a long time, isn't self-employed a business only when customers come? I saw the website, but it's a company that is thankful to all the people I met, right? What if the owner, mystery shopper, etc. really check the customer service once? The company motto is crying.
