待ち時間が出ないように予約をしっかり管理してくれていて、一人の先生が一人の患者さんをしっかり集中して診てくれます。 説明も解りやすく、こちらの気持ちも汲んで治療を進めてくれるので安心でした。 何よりは、先生ご自身が、かり歯も何も造ってくれるのですがとても上手です！ 何度も丁寧に調整してくれて、全く違和感無くぴったりと造ってくれるのです！ 助手 受付の方もとても優しく、優秀な方々だなと強く感じます。 何処か…と歯医者をお探しの方は１経験の価値ありとお薦めします。

A really good clinic, very affordable, English-speaking dentist. Always friendly and welcoming, and the treatment is very high quality.

I’m so sad because I really wanted to like this clinic. Four stars because its the only place I’ve found in Iwaki that has really good English so I’m sure it’s fine for usual things. I have been having problems with my teeth shifting for a while. I also tongue thrust and grind my teeth which I’m pretty sure causes the shifting. I explained I wanted a tongue guard on top to prevent the tongue thrust and a mouth guard on bottom for grinding. Mouth guard was hard style and ok fit after a lot of adjusting. The tongue guard was another story. I complained about the tongue gate being too small. I was told it would be fine and just try it. I’m pretty sure just because they didn’t want to deal with sending it back. Well I paid $300 for nothing because the tongue guard was too small and it didn’t fix my problem. I complained about my front teeth hurting every morning I was told it was fine. Finally I was like this is not OK my teeth feel loose I’ll just trade my tongue guard for a mouth guard. ( this is after a year) The new mouthguard he had made is a soft one after I explained that I’m afraid my teeth are shifting. I doubt that this will keep my teeth in place. When I asked him if it would keep my teeth in place he answered “I think it will” in a dismissive way. Such an answer is very discouraging considering he was also wrong about my tongue guard. I can grind through a typical hard guard in two months easy. Which is why he got me an extra thick hard guard before. Now I have a soft guard that will last me maybe a month. (Meaning I’ll have to pay out of pocket for my next one.) I was not given a choice he just picked a soft guard and now my teeth will probably shift drastically and I’m really heart broken that my concern about my teeth has been repeatedly met with impatience.
