★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BGMがデカイ、おばはんの話し声がでかい、店員の声が小さい +マスクのせいで注文が全く聞こえない。
トッピングやアレンジが多い店でこれはやめていただきたい。
 The BGM is big, the aunt's voice is loud, and the clerk's voice is small + I can't hear the order at all because of the mask.
I would like you to stop this at stores with many toppings and arrangements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の午前中でしたので並ばすに買えました。店内は４席しかないのでテイクアウトして広場で飲めばいいですね。
ゴミ箱も店前にあるし。
It was in the morning on weekdays so I could buy it in line. There are only 4 seats in the store, so you can take out and drink in the open space.
There is also a trash can in front of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度が悪すぎます。入店しても気がつかないし、ホットの商品は言わなきゃスリーブ巻かない。支払方法が他店舗より少ない。番号で呼ばずに渡す、などなど他のゴンチャに行ったことある者からすると色々とありえません。
The customer service attitude is too bad. Even if you enter the store, you won't notice it, and if you don't say hot products, you won't wrap them in sleeves. There are fewer payment methods than other stores. For those who have been to other Gong Cha, such as giving it without calling it by number, it is impossible.

QUICPay・i Dすらもなく、QR決済も当然ありません
梅田店はほぼどの決済も利用できるのに逆行しています
I don't want to use it much because there are almost no options for cashless payment at this time, but I want children to introduce it somehow.
There is no QUICPay / i D, and of course there is no QR payment.
The Umeda store is going against the fact that almost any payment can be used.
