I ordered by phone, but I got a fine flower bouquet within the budget to ask for hope in detail. The plastic bag for bouquets was just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よほどお商売が大事なんでしょう。何度も出入りして見えているくせに、お店の横で倒れている老人を見て見ぬふりする薄情さには呆れました。
人の心を癒すお花を扱いながら、心の無い人たちです。こちらでお花は絶対買いません。
Business is so important. I was fascinated by the frustration of looking at the old man falling beside the shop and faking to see him as if I was coming and going again and again.
While treating flowers that heal people's hearts, they are people without heart. I will not buy flowers here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚記念日の花束を届けて下さったのですが、ピンクの薔薇はギリギリ枯れる前の葉もガクも茶色く花弁も乾きかけた古いモノが入れられており、まとめ方も乱雑で本当に残念でした。次からは別のお店でお願いしてもらいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕刻、急遽お供えの花が必要となり、先方のお好きな寒色系を混ぜたアレンジメントを依頼しました。
ところが『普通はそのような色は使いません』『普通はこんな感じで〜』と何度も言われモヤモヤ。
その後、店先で待っていたにも関わらず、出来上がりを確認もされずラッピング。
店を後にしながらも、なんだか気になり上から覗いてみたらば、一番目立つ真ん中のお花が傷みかけ
よく知らない店に行くのはやはり駄目だったな、と勉強になりましたが、まさかそれがサトウ花店だったとは・・・。（ポスターが貼ってあり店名が分かりませんでした。）
