ア	アブクマポーロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていた存在のお店でした。ざるそばと濡れそばを、それぞれ単品で頂きました。ざるそばはカドの立ったやや太めの蕎麦です。先ずはそのまま箸をつけて口に運びます。歯応え良し、蕎麦の香りもある。喉越しも蕎麦殻感を感じる。つゆも鰹が効いた締まりのある味わい。濡れそばは、鹿児島の生醤油を直接、蕎麦に掛けながら頂きます。ざるそばよりも、さらに気持ち太めな麺と九州特有の甘い生醤油が絡まりますので、食べていて重厚感を覚えます。その時は、小葱、山葵の他に、濡れそば専用で提供される島みかん粉や一味唐辛子または七味唐辛子を好みの薬味で味わい方も楽しめます。名物の釜揚げ蕎麦も試したかったですが、それはまた次回の機会とさせて頂きました。 It was a shop that I had been interested in for a long time. S	SUZUKI MASAMI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 船橋駅周辺で食べる蕎麦屋ってゆで太郎か以前天沼弁天池公園の前にあった蕎麦屋が気に入っていたところだったので非常に興味があり入りました。駐車場は完備してますがお酒飲むなら電車&徒歩になります。船橋駅からはちょっと歩くかも。メニューを見た時は高めかな？と思いましたが実際出された料理自体、納得の内容だと思います。つゆそばセットが気に入ったので次に頼む時も同じになると思います(笑) 店員さんの対応も非常に良いと感じました。 I was very interested in the soba restaurant that I eat around Funabashi station because I liked Yudetaro or the soba restaurant that used to be in front of Amanuma Bentenike Park.
