★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, very well equipped gym in a convenient location. The staff is very helpful, although they do not speak English they will get out of their way to help you. One small drawback is that It can get crowded in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good equipment but missing some serious strength trainee stuff like hexbars and safety bars. The staff does not speak English at all but is very friendly. It is very clean, still it costs a lot of money for the value of the strength equipment offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a 2 week membership that costs 6000 yen (full months price) and a single training costs 2500. The premises are really clean and nice. You can rent out shoes and shorts (and probably shirts) as well so incase you've forgotten something it's really convenient. Staff can understand basic English. Your belongings are secured. People are polite. The training atmosphere is in just like any other gym. You can buy some nice amino drinks (500ml) with 4 grams of BCAA for 190 yen so it's a good deal.
Strict no tattoo policy though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, but some caveats.
Showers are terrible: not cleaned very well with red and black mold and slimy floor. The showerheads have been broken forever, and they resorted to fixing them diy style with weird tape that is unhygienic and of course started leaking again. No idea why the showers have to be so bad, Ginza and Omotesando branch are much better in this regard.
Also, there is a yakitori place with exhausts directly blowing into the gym, so during certain times it's no fun working out, especially with the windows open due to covid.
On the positive side, staff is super friendly and respectful and the gym itself is reasonable well equipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last 6 month doing my workout in the gold gym Yotsuya branch and want to share my experience so it will be helpful for others (specialy foreigners) not to waste the their time and money to join this branch
I have never ever seen this kind of dumb,rude and discrimination staff
Staff always keep an eye on foreigners only that foreigners person is following rules or not on the other hand they not even care what Japanese people do , using phone on machine , mask down from nose while workout using machine for too long etc
Even they have camera but if u forget your belongings and you ask them next day u will not get it and staff will not help you out
At the reception dumb boys, girls are there so don’t even think about it to ask them , they are clueless
Shower area n washroom are dirty
Canceled my membership already don’t wanna waste my pericious tym and money any more in this branch
