3	358 PMP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は興福寺の子院だった一乗院の遺構(江戸初期築)で、移築復元するまでは裁判所庁舎として使われていた。国宝の乾漆鑑真和上坐像を安置している(開山忌前後の3日間のみ開扉)。特筆すべきなのは目を閉じた形での彫刻であること。両目失明しても渡来した鑑真和上の生き様を表現している気がしてならない。障壁画は坐像安置のため昭和の天才画家東山魁夷が描いたもので文化的価値も高い。 Originally the remains of Ichijoin (early Edo period), which was a child's institution of Kofukuji Temple, it was used as a court building until it was relocated and restored.
