ウ	ウェルシュコーギー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ネットで買ったタイヤを組んでもらいに行きました。知人から評判の良さを聞いていたのでディーラーではなく、こちらにお願いしました。まず、、、低評価付けている人の意味が分からないです(^^;) (^^;) (^^;) 息子と一緒に行ったのですが、ものすごく丁寧に気配りしていただいてインコの餌やりもさせてくれて楽しんでいる間に作業が終了していて。。。息子も大喜びでした(^^) 忙しそうだったのにこちらのアレコレにも付き合っていただいて本当に感謝です。タイヤの寿命が年単位なので、しょっちゅうお世話になれない事だけが残念と言えば残念かな。そんな風に思わせてくれるお店です。 I went to have a tire bought on the net the other day. S	Shinya Yokoyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1つの人がいて随分悪く書いていらっしゃいますが、多分そういうお客様なんでしょう。どの業界にもこういった難癖付けたりするクレーマーさん、、、いらっしゃいます。私はここのご夫婦、人として最高だと思いましたが笑技術は、、言うまでもなく最高で最強ですね。さてさて、私はタイヤの組み換えでお世話になりました。たかがタイヤの組み換えだけなんで、サッと言ってサッと帰ってくるだけかと思いました。ところが、私の雑談が長くなり、お仕事の邪魔を何度もしてしまったのですが、とても快く対応していただき、しかもこのお店で買っているインコのメキちゃんオットちゃんとも遊ばせていただいて…。ガソリンスタンドやディーラーだと倍以上の金額は取られてミスもけっこうあったりします。そのクセ知らんぷりされる事もあります。ところがKMオートさんは、、、安くて丁寧で、細かい気配りもしてくれて、分かりやすく納得できる説明もあって、奥さん綺麗で愛想がむちゃくちゃ良くて、インコは可愛いし、仕事も無駄がなく早い。利用しない理由が逆に見つかりません。家族の、知人の、これからもお世話になりたいと思います。こういうお店にお金を落としたいですね。お店とお客の関係って、お金を払ったお客の方が色々言えるんでしょうけど、ここにはわざわざお金を払ってまでお願いをするようなお店です。こちらの方が「ありがとうございました！」と言う気持ちでいっぱいになりました。またお世話になりたいです。今後共お願い致します。 ※私の後に他のお客様が居なかった事も良かったと思います。どのお店もそうですが、混雑している時は迷惑はかけられないので、こちらから空気を読みましょう(^-^) There is a person with one star and he writes very badly, Probably such a customer.
