★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろいろ注文して、出来あがるまで待ったのに…1番楽しみにしていた唐揚げだけ冷めた作り置きだった。他の商品は熱かったのに…とても残念でした。たった1度でも、こんなことがあると、もう行く気にならない。他にもっと良いお店はたくさんある。
I ordered various things and waited until it was completed ... I was looking forward to the fried chicken, which was just cold. The other products were hot, but ... I was very disappointed. Even once, I don't feel like going anymore. There are many other better shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坂本に引越したので、こちらのごはん屋さんを利用しました。注文からお届けまでの時間も短く、配達の対応も丁寧でした。また、利用したいと思います。以前は大津店を利用していました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しいのか、電話での対応が悪くチラシには1200円未満なら配送料200円かかりますと書かれてるのですが、1200円以上じゃないと配送出来ませんと断られました。毎回おじさんは対応がすごい悪いです。他の人は対応がいいです。
Perhaps I'm busy, the telephone response is poor and the leaflet says that if it's less than 1200 yen, the shipping fee will be 200 yen, but I was refused that I can't deliver it unless it's 1200 yen or more. The uncle's response is very bad every time. Others are good at responding.

駐車場はお店の前のみのようです。3台ほどは置けます。
車で待っていてくださいとおっしゃっていただき、出来上がったお弁当を持ってきてくださいました。
安価で味も美味しいのですが、量が物足りない感がありました。女の私でもそうだったので、夫はもっと物足りなかったようです。
