The appetizer was quite different from the official photo, with block-cut vegetables and chicken, and the serving was salad-like. I wasn't happy with the vinegar carrots, but the sauce on the bottom was delicious. The dessert was plain chiffon cake with marron whipped cream, vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, and panna cotta with citrus jelly. Instead of putting marron in the chiffon cake, I felt the sense that the marron was in the whipped cream. There is a slight amount of Western liquor in it, but the flavor and texture were very good and it was delicious. There is no temperature measurement, and hand disinfection is self-contained.
