★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回2回目の修理依頼。
前回は2年程前、前締めが切れてしまった為、持ち込む前に一応連絡しておこうと電話を入れました。
すると、見てみないと修理代は有料か無料分からないと言われました。
購入時、「興味本位で自分で肩ベルトを切ってしまった子がいましたが、それも無償で修理しました。」と店員さんに言われていたので、故意に切った訳ではないし、当然無料だと思っていた私は驚きました。
「6年間の保証がありますよね？」と言いましたが、「見てみないと」の一点張り。
軽くイラつきながらも放っておけないので持ち込み、結局無料で修理は済みました。
2回目も同じ箇所の依頼で、今回は事前連絡せずに持ち込みましたが、対応してくれた店員さんはランドセル全体を見回し、傷んでいる箇所まで探してくれ、修理箇所としてくれました。
代金は無料なのが至極当然のように会話にも出ず、数週間後、修理が済んだとの連絡があり、取りに行かせて頂きました。
同じ店で、この対応の差は何でしょうね？
対応した店員さんにアタリハズレがあるのでしょうか？
今回の店員さんは、本当に親切丁寧で感じが良かったです。

Last time about 2 years ago, the deadline was expired, so I made a phone call to contact you before bringing it in.
Then I was told that if I didn't look at it, I wouldn't know if the repair fee was charged or free.
At the time of purchase, “I had a child who cut my shoulder belt on my own, but I repaired it free of charge.” The store clerk told me that it was not intentionally cut. I was surprised when I thought it was free.
“You have a 6-year warranty, right?”
Although it was lightly frustrating, it could not be released, so it was repaired for free.
The second time, the same part was requested, and this time it was brought in without any prior contact.
It was quite natural that the price was free, but after a few weeks I was told that the repair was completed and I went to get it.
What is the difference in this response at the same store?
Does the corresponding clerk have any distractions?
The clerk this time was really kind and polite.
