プレゼントにもピッタリな小物もあり、季節に合わせた雑貨も店頭に並んでいます。
今日はプレゼント用にラッピングを頼みました。が、店員さんの覇気の無さ。笑顔も無い。
お洒落なお店だから許されると思ってるのか、別の店員さんは笑顔で対応してくれていたのに残念でした。
必要以上に愛想良くしろ、とは言いません。私も接客業をしていたので大変さも分かります。が、お客さんに不快感を与えるような対応は違うと思います。レジでのやり取りさえなければ、気持ち良く買い物出来たのに残念でした。
