純	純米吟醸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GLACIER X。マリオットホテルの製菓料理長を務めていた松島氏が、約3年前に丸の内にオープンしたお店。オフィスやマンションなどが立ち並ぶ、少し落ち着いた街にあり、駐車場などはありません。今回テイクアウトでいくつか購入させていただきました。購入したのは・マカロンアイス（ショコラ）・マカロンアイス（あまおう苺）・ドーム（アイスケーキ）・ミルフィーユマカロンアイスは帰りの車内で、ドームとミルフィーユは家に帰ってからいただきました。マカロンアイスのあまおう苺は、少し苺の酸味を想像していたのですが、ほぼ酸味は無く甘い。逆にショコラは、甘過ぎずビターで美味しかったです。帰宅していただいたミルフィーユは綺麗なビジュアルだけでなく、カスタードにパイ生地も美味しい。そして1番目をひいたのが、アイスケーキのドーム。ドリアン？パイナップル？はたまた悪魔の実？のような見た目ですが、中にはピスタチオアイスやフランボワーズジャム、メレンゲなど入っていて、メレンゲの食感は残ってはいませんでしたが、味・甘さのバランスは良く美味しかったです。ほかにもアイスケーキの種類はいろあり、どれも美味しそうだったので、また機会があれば伺いたいと思います。（ただ、店舗のビジュアルだけギラついていてちょっと苦手） GLACIER X. た	たかモン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久屋大通から徒歩6,7分のところにあるケーキ屋さん。まだまだそんなに点数上がってないですが、クオリティの高いケーキだとじわじわ評判になっているお店。土曜日の15時ごろに伺いました。予約はできないので、行った時に席が空いてれば座れるし空いてなかったら待ちになります。でも席は1時間制なのでめちゃめちゃ長く待たないといけないということはなさそう。席は大理石みたいな石のカウンターです。シェフが前から出てきそうな雰囲気。 15時に行った時はモンブランとフレジエとピスタチオのオペラの3種類しかケーキありませんでした。フレジエとオペラを注文してイートイン。オシャレケーキだけど東京よりはちょっと安いですね。600円くらいです。ちなみに帰る時は他のケーキが追加されてたので時間帯によってあるケーキが変わりそう。オペラは多層構造だったので頼みました。層最高。全体的にかなりしっとりしていて真ん中のカシスがさっぱりさせてくれました。フレジエも甘すぎずで、どちらのケーキも美味しかったです！これは名古屋に行ったらまた違うケーキ食べたい。 A cake shop located 6 to 7 minutes on foot from Hisaya Odori.
