★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お菓子は美味しいですし、手土産としても喜ばれます。
ただ先日購入した際の店員さんの手際が悪すぎました。焼き菓子を入れる一般的な箱を包装紙で包むだけなのに、今日初めて包みました、という感じの下手くそさ。
大丈夫かなと不安になるような手つきで時間もかかり、後から来た人の方が早く終わったくらいでした。
客先に持っていく手土産なので、仕事の合間にさっと購入したいものです。
そういうときにこの店は選ばないと思います。

クッキーも好みです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホワイトデーのお返しを購入をしようした時、「購入列に並んでない」と女性店員から言われ、並び直した。
前の人がいて自分の順番となった時、私が最初に声を掛けた場所から他の客が順番抜かし、そのタイミングで男性店員が声を掛けてくれたので、「順番抜かされましたよ」と伝えた所に、また先程の女性店員が「向こうから並んで」と、また言われ意味分からん！
あまりに商品を購入出来ないので、三越で違う物を買いましたー！
星無しが出来ないので星1だけど、マイナス評価の女性店員の対応！
しっかりとした接客の教育をして下さい。
いい店が店員の接客一つで評価を下げるのは、悲しすぎるので。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通る度に、気になっていたシュークリームを買いました。他のお店でケーキやゼリーを買ってしまっていたので、シュークリーム１つだけでしたが買わせて頂きました。デパートはすごいですね、男性店員さんがとても丁寧にして下さいました。他のお店の方もとても良かったのですが?こちらのお店の印象が残りました。シュークリームとても美味しいです。ケーキを食べた後に食べました。生クリームの甘さは好みでした。カスタードの下にはプリンが入っていたような感じでした。食べたことがない美味しさでした。また買いに行きたいです✨

もしやと思い包み一つ開封したら、無地のメッセージカードがきっちり包装された中に入ってました。
お店にその旨伝えると、接客態度が悪いとよくいわれます。特に関西系の本店知ってる人に。と言われました。
開き直り？本当に接客態度悪いですね。
本店や関西のデパートでは進物に、何百回買いましたが、二度と買いません。
