★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず営業マンの対応が悪い。壁紙や天井のリフォーム履歴等の提示を求めてもほかの客には見せてないから見せられないの一点張り。では6年消却による金額請求の際に年数の偽りがあった場合払わなくて良いものを払うことになってしまうじゃないか。
また現住者のいる物件の見学を現住者が退去し次第行い即契約すると伝えていたにも関わらず、休みを使って見学を行おうとしたところその日は営業が2人も休んでいる為見学はできないと拒否され数日後にその物件がほかの客に契約されたと電話があった。そちらの都合で見学出来なかったくせして他の客に契約させるとか無能にも程がある。客一人一人を大事に扱っていない証だ。こんなひどい店では契約したくないですね。みなさんも何か気になることとかあったらこの店辞めた方がいいと自分は思いますよ。
