部屋を退去する時には、賃借人を管理不行き届きとボロクソ貶してイチャモン付ける。
賃借人の責に因らない玄関ロックの自然損耗に因る破損を受け付けて貰えず、「その時申請して戴ければ良かったのに」と嘯く始末。
一応私は尋ねましたが......。
その折りには「御自分で直して下さい」と冷たくあしらわれた。
結果12000円の自腹也。
駐車場も大家が一括して複数のスペースを直接地主から借り上げ(女性社員の説明がありました)、個々のスペースに金額を水増しして乗せて貸して、その事実をこちらが知らないと不動産屋は思っていたようだ。
よって更新料も不透明な請求が為されていた。
他の部屋の家賃が下げられている事実を、契約更新時に告げ、賃料を下げて戴けるよう交渉しようにも、延々高い家賃を払わされた。
イケイケの商売、お金の為なら顧客の生活を蹂躙して、はばかりなし。
今部屋を借りている方々、同じ扱いを受け騙されませんように、お気をつけあそばせ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、自家用車があったので、自宅近くのこちらの管理する駐車場を借りてましたが、駐車場内の散乱したゴミや雑草は放置したままで、定期的な清掃とかは一切やりません、それどころか、ゴミ拾いも借り主等でやって下さいみたいな記載が契約書にあったので驚きました。それ以外にも、もっと問題なのは警察に届け出なければ重い罰則がある、車庫証明の事はまったく対応してきません、恐らくこちらから言わないと何にもしないのでしょう・・ここ以前に借りていた所は地主さん直だったのですが、ご高齢にも関わらず、地主さんが草むしりやゴミ拾い、車庫証明関係、全てきっちり、こちらが何も言わなくてもやって下さいました。
