佐	佐々木徹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀座の雰囲気に上手に溶け込んでいるワインバーだと思います。ご年配のご夫婦が揃ってソムリエの資格を持って営んでいる素敵なお店です。当然の如く品のある会話が進む感じです。シェフの作る料理もお手頃価格帯が殆どで、何を頂いても満足の域にあると思います。ワインの揃えは圧巻に近いものがあります。殆どのワインがご年齢的のためかボルドーとブルゴーニュと王道を行っています。私個人は嬉しい限りです。お手頃なグラスワインから高価なワインまで色々様々ですが、どの価格帯の予算でも楽しめそうです。高級なワインを望まれる方も、気軽なワインで済ませたい方もOKです。安心して行ってもらって大丈夫です。ある程度本気で良いワインを求める方は一人当たり2〜3万円前後の予算を持って、安くあげたい方は5000円以内でも十分楽しめます。もちろん、それ以上の予算ある方用にも沢山の高級ワインが揃ってます。銀座にありながら、敷居が低くも高くもある、誰でも楽しめる店だと思います。 I think it's a wine bar that blends well with the atmosphere of Ginza. It is a wonderful shop run by an elderly couple with a sommelier qualification. As a matter of course, it feels like an elegant conversation goes on. Most of the dishes prepared by the chef are reasonably priced, and I think that you will be satisfied with whatever you receive. The wine selection is close to a masterpiece. Most of the wines go royal roads with Bordeaux and Burgundy, probably because of their age. I'm personally happy. They range from affordable glass wines to expensive wines, but you can enjoy them on a budget in any price range. Whether you want high-quality wine or casual wine, it's OK. It's okay to go with confidence. Those who are serious about wine and want a good wine have a budget of around 20,000 to 30,000 yen per person, and those who want to give it cheaply can enjoy it for less than 5,000 yen. Of course, there are plenty of fine wines for those with more budget. Despite being in Ginza, the threshold is low and high, so I think it's a store that anyone can enjoy.

If you want to have a relaxing time with friends after a long walk throughout Tokyo, this is the place to go. Trust the recommendation by the grandma sommelier. We loved her suggestion, Morey-Saint-Denis Georges Lignier et Fils 2011.
