(Hossy at Trinity, Inc.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀座は数寄屋橋からもほど近い超一等地に、こぢんまりと開いている和食屋。知る人ぞ知る、知る人はみんな絶賛の「魚勝」です。元々は京橋の方にあったのが移転してきました。あまり広いお店ではないので、ゆったりというわけではないですが、立地、料理のクォリティ、価格を考えると素晴らしいと言えます。本当に、どれを食べても美味しい。持論ですが、ひとつ美味しいものを作れる料理人は、基本的にどれも美味しく作れる。美味しさの閾値が高いからです。料理は定番のものから、季節に合わせたものまで幅広くあり、一度では味わいきれないので複数回訪れることをお勧めしたいです。今回は、かつをの塩炙り、とうもろこし豆腐が絶品。定番のこんにゃくゴボウなども、はじめの一品として外せないです。そして、尾崎牛という宮崎のブランド牛のステーキ。飼育にこだわりがあり、あまり出荷されていないので希少な牛ですが、このお店で美味しくいただけます。脂がしっかり入っているのに、あっさりと食べられるのです。日本酒のラインナップもたくさんあり、こだわりのものが多いので、たくさん飲んでしまいますが、それでも写真のものを食べて飲んで、6000円なので、リーズナブルです。尾崎牛、かなり大目にお肉がありますが、普通ならこれだけで3000円から4000円コースです。合間を見つけて、近くに来たらちょっと寄って行きたいお店です。 Ginza is a Japanese restaurant that is small and open in a super prime location near Sukiyabashi. There are many lineups of sake, and many of them are particular about it, so I drink a lot, but even so, I eat and drink the one in the photo, and it's 6000 yen, so it's reasonable. Ozaki beef has a fairly large amount of meat, but normally this alone is a course of 3000 to 4000 yen. It's a shop that you want to find a break and stop by when you come near.
J	Junko Sakamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼から飲める、ちょい飲みに最高の店以前の夜だけ、テーブル席形態からリニューアルして、昼から飲める立ち飲み屋に。おつまみ250円から。尾崎牛の牛脂を使ったピリ辛こんにゃくやお通しの定番だったスモーク焼きサバ＆梅など、一部のおばんざいはそのまま、おつまみに立ち飲みできるので、サクっと0次会なんてときにも便利です。あ、絶品のさきイカバター「克っちゃんイカ」もぜひマストで！お稲荷さんはちょっとお高めですが、もちろん絶品です。昼はお弁当もあるので、テイクアウトもよし、その場でサクっと食べるもよし。おばんざいのテイクアウトもオススメです。写真のアラカルト（克っちゃんイカ、とり天、牡蠣、ピリ辛こんにゃく）とお酒（日本酒とハートランド）で2500円。2人のちょい飲み、大満足です? Now it's next to a vacant lot, so it's along Ginza Harumi Street and you can eat a little while watching the neon lights of Ginza. From 10.30am to 9pm. When you are hungry alone, you can have a lunch box with a play. This is the one I want in Ginza.
