健康診断で定期的に利用。 エレベーターの乗り継ぎが必要で、少々わかりづらい。 初めて行く場合は時間に余裕を持って行くことをオススメします。

病院の感じはすごく良かったのに… 帰る時に病院のスタッフ?みたいな人が大きな荷物を乗せた台車を押して一緒にエレベーターに乗ってきました。 足が台車にあたったのに謝りもしないですごく感じ悪かったです。

綺麗な病院でした。 先生、看護師さんも 丁寧な対応でした。 極稀にぶっきら棒な 人も居ますが 通常、会社にいれば居る 一定数の人数だとおもいます。

高熱が出た為受診。このご時世なので予約して行きましたが、診察まで1時間くらい待たされました。 ようやく医師が現れたと思ったら、もの凄く挙動不審で問診が驚くほど頼りなかった。 薬の服用についても問診票に書いてあるのに「何も無いですか?」と聞かれるし、挙げ句の果てには「お薬は解熱剤だけで良いですか?」と。 そんなの私に聞かれたって分からないから病院に来てるんですけど。。 看護師さんはとても親切丁寧にお仕事にあたられていたので、医師ももう少し頑張って欲しい。 場所が良いだけに残念ですが、次回から別の病院で診てもらう事にします。

It's a shame because the location is good, but I'll see you at another hospital next time.

2021年10月6日(水)午前中、受付にいた研修中の女性の態度が酷すぎでした。最悪です。 膝をついて受付に座り、説明は適当、質問には「わからないですね〜」と笑いながら答え、終始人を見下すような失礼な態度。あり得ません。研修中とは言え、受付は銀座医院の顔です。こんな人を働かせていいのでしょうか?どんな研修をなさっているのか知りませんが、社会人としての研修も受けた方が本人のためかもしれません。 今後また銀座医院を利用させていただくかと思いますが、あの受付の研修中女性がいないことを切に願います。間違っても正規の採用されないといいですね。

When trying to book a 健康診断 appointment over the phone it was constantly busy, so a coworker and myself went in person to make an appointment. In person it took 45 minutes for them to give us a time/day. The receptionist demanded we each bring someone from our company with us in order to translate, which is inconvenient and difficult, plus I was able to communicate with the receptionist fine. If making an appointment was this difficult, I dread to think what the actual health check will be like...

Very disappointing experience. I called to make an appointment with no luck, so I decided to visit the clinic and sat for 1 hr just to make an appointment with availability 3months later. To make matters worse I was asked the take a coworker ( Japanese) to translate with me to conduct the medical check健康診断. This I found rude as this is a personal matter and I may not want to share this my personal details with my co workers. This is a yearly check per my company’s request and compared other places the was not good. Also for a clinic in Tokyo a city filled with foreigners better accommodations should be made. Myself and my coworker was very disappointed 2021 Update: this time around I had a much nicer experience. Everyone I encountered at the various stations were friendly and kind. I was surprised at the experience but grateful for it.
