★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインで予約して店舗に向かう準備をしていたところ、電話がかかってきて「混んでいるので時間をずらしてもらいたい」と言われました。後の予定が詰まっていたので、予定時間を一方的に変更されては困るし、逆にキャンセルもしたくないと伝えたところ、「すぐに連絡しているしこちらは悪くない」等と非難され、あまり気分がいいものではありませんでした。
結局キャンセルされてしまいましたが、対応できない時間帯があるのであればオンラインで予約枠をオープンにするのはやめてほしいし、自分の見込み違いで混みすぎて店がキャパオーバーしたときに自分は悪くないという体で連絡するのもやめてほしいです。残念でした。

グーグルマップの通り行ったら迷った。
裏から入れって指示があった。
予約時間からちょっと待たされた。
