K	K Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radium carbonated hot spring. There's just 1 pool but really good. No people in the morning.
J	Joshua Higgins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and small, hidden in the local town. Very small onsen, but very clean and warm water. If you're going on foot from the train station, don't take lots of luggage because the hills are very steep. Enjoy a nice local flavoured milk drink or an ice cream in the lobby after your onsen. Note to any 1st timers - with onsen, please wash and rinse your body in the showers BEFORE you enter the onsen.
K	Kelly JO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just comfortable, with a Sauna together. But small, like a small modern swimming pool, but not ancient style. Some staffs are not very nice to foreigners, when you do not know much about Japanese Onsen or culture. A staff shouted to me loudly, 'No!!', coz I made one step from the toilet with the toilet slipperies. I am not used to it, but I didn't do it on purpose. Then I said 'sumimasen' very sorrily, but she didn't speak one more word. Good for skin, though, for sure.
M	Masaya Inaba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The transparent hot water has a faint sulfur odor. You can wear off your fatigue while keeping your body in it for several minutes. However, it's quite a commonplace facility and you may find nothing special.
S	Sylvia Diep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hiked up Mount Rokka from Ashiya came back down the other side to visit Arima. I came around 2pm on a Sunday. Not very crowded and the staff was familiar enough with handling foreigners to gesture what to do and demonstrated. Make sure you have a 100 yen coin for the locker. Bring your own towel if you don't want to spend 200 yen on a small towel. But you do get to keep the towel and it has the hot spring's name/ logo. The pool is averaged size. Not as hot as some of the other hot springs I've been to so I was able to sit in for a bit longer than usual. It was very nice to soak and relax after the hike. It wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad either. Try the Arima cider. And make sure to rehydrate!

Once you finish with the sauna and the hot spring, the massage chairs are amazing and even take care of your lower arms. Everything here is worth every yen. I look forward to visiting again someday.

Please bring towel with you if you don't want to pay 200 yen for a small towel. After you finish Onsen, let's try Arima cider made from Arima mineral water. You can buy combination ticket for Kin No You and Gin No Yu at 850 yen.
