稲村ヶ崎から歩いて5分程のところにあります。
大きめの車は駐車しにくいので、駅近の駐車場の利用をオススメいたします。
一言で言うならば、「また行きたい」
そんな懐石料理をいただきました。
全ての料理の中心に常に上質な食材が感じられ、まさに食材が生かされている。
絶妙に優しいお味がします。
高級の分類になりますが、最終的に価格以上の料理だと感じました。
所謂、一流感のあるスタイリッシュな接客サービスではありませんが、シェフをはじめ、スタッフの人柄の良さも伝わってきました。
ここは出会えて良かったお店ですね。

日本全国から集めた最上の食材を使い、体に良いお料理を提供するお店。
オーナーはテレビでもよく拝見するドクターの南雲先生です。ごぼう茶も有名。
シェフは南雲先生が名古屋で行きつけのお店でシェフをされていた佐々塚さんをスカウトしたそうです。
お料理は京料理がベースとなっており、とても優しく、体に染み込む感じです。
シェフのお話からもとてもこだわりを感じ、美味しさが一層引き立ちます。
見て感動、食べて感動の最高の和食でした。
叔父と叔母もとっても美味しかったと喜んでくれて、本当によかったです。

The owner is Dr. Nagumo, a doctor who often sees on TV. Burdock tea is also famous.
The chef is said to have scouted Mr. Sasazuka, who was a chef at a restaurant that Mr. Nagumo used to go to in Nagoya.
The food is based on Kyoto cuisine, which is very gentle and soaks into your body.
From the chef's story, I feel very particular about it, and the deliciousness is even more pronounced.
It was the best Japanese food that I was impressed to see and eat.
I'm really glad that my uncle and aunt were very happy that they were delicious.

門構えから素晴らしく、階段を登り切ると左に構えているのが吟
階段を登りながらワクワクするとともに高齢の方は大変かな？と思いました。
そう言った意味で☆4つ
かと言って、エスカレーターやエレベーターをつけるのも難しいのだとは理解できます。
ただ、一度席に座ればそんなことも忘れてしまう空閑が待っていました
カウンター席で板前さんの作業を見ながら頂く贅沢な素材とその技
お安くはもちろんありませんが、その価値は充分あると思いますし、逆にコスパが良いかも知れません。
そのくらい満足いたしました。
久しく伺ってないので近々訪問します。
