つ	つつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約制なのに初診で3時間掛かりました。医師一人で診察も検査も全て行うので、レントゲンを撮るにも処方薬を看護師が確認するにも、一つ一つすごく待たされます。全体的にバタバタしていて、キャパオーバー気味では？土日も診察を受けられるので選びましたが、これだけ待つと体調悪化しそうでした。トイレはカラフルタウン共用のものしかなく、院内トイレは検査専用だと使わせてもらえません。お腹の調子が悪くて通院したので、共用トイレが買い物客で行列していて困りました。検査の翌日は安静にすること、ポリープ切除があったら翌日も診察があることを、後日電話で料金を問い合わせた際に受付から言われました。看護師からの事前説明の時に教えて欲しかったです。医師は丁寧ですが、受付と看護師さんは説明不足に感じました。 Although it was a reservation system, it took 3 hours for the first visit.
