m	misato Kumagai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し遠かったんですが、クロスバイクを購入検討してて伺いました。試乗も出来るという事だったので。黒縁メガネの女性に対応してもらいました。クロスバイク購入を検討してて、初めてだと伝えたのですが、知識をひけらかすだけで、素人には親切では無かった。試乗をお願いすると、購入検討してるモデルは無い。似たものも無いと断られました。素人でクロスバイク乗った事ないので、お願いすると渋々OKされましたが試乗の時に乗り方やギアチェンジなどそういう知識は教えていただけず、今日は寒いと何度も言ってそそくさと中に入って行きました。その後試乗を終えてもほったらかし。困ってると他のショートの女性スタッフがサイズや、乗り方やギアのやり方など教えてくださいました。他の自転車も乗せていただきました。後から対応していただいたスタッフが丁寧だったかよかったですが、スタッフの対応にばらつきがあるので、人を選んだ方がいいです。その日のうちに買おうと思ってましたが、初めの黒縁メガネの女性の対応が悪くて少し気持ちが折れて帰りました。 I was a bit far, but I was thinking about buying a cross bike.
