今日16時頃伺ったのですが、背の高い男性の若そうな方にレジをやって貰ったのですが…
Pontaカードって、裏返して渡さなくてはいけませんか？お店の方が裏返してくれればいいだけの話なのに「次回から裏返してご提示くださいね」って言われて、すごく不快でした。こちらも配慮が足りなかったのかもしれませんが、これだけで何かを言われるのは深いです。
それ以外の店員さんの対応は素晴らしく、新人さんの教育もしっかりされているのだなと思いました。
良いところが多いので期待を込めて星４とさせて頂きます。
あの店員さんだけは本当にやめていただかたい。

Only that clerk was really hard to stop.

レンタルできる品数は多岐にわたり、最新作や幼児&子供向けのアニメも充実していると思います。
一方で、中古関係は値段が高めなので、Amazonなどで値段を確認のうえで、購入を検討したほうが良いでしょう。ただし、ネットショッピングでは難しい実物を確認したい方にはお勧めです。
なお、駐車場は狭めです(30台ぐらいで、休日などは駐車するのに苦労するかもしれないです)。

中古家電等が陳列されていたのでビックリしました。ゲームとレンタルの場所が別なので店内ではゆっく見る若しくは探す事が出来ると思います。まだ、行った事のない方は一度遊びに行ってみてはいかがですか?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年9月20日 9時。開店と同時に「新入荷のレンタル落ち全巻セットDVD」だけを瞬時に根こそぎかっさらい、店内の床に置きしゃがみ込んで片っ端から携帯でリサーチしているニット帽でピノキオみたいな客がいました。おかげで私も含めた2番目以降に並んでた客は全巻セットDVDをほとんど手にすることができませんでした。通り魔ならぬ「せどり魔さん」、非常にマナー悪いです。
【追記】
上記についてお店が対策されたようですし、他店にはない映画DVDがあり気に入っていますので、星1つから4つに戻したいと思います。
