★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供のクリスマスプレゼントに値段が付いていた。しかもシールで付けられている値段の商品全てに。プレゼントだと伝えていたのに。それだけでも嫌な思い出ですが、それが責任あるリーダーの方が担当されていたこと、また子供連れで買い物に来たのは私が悪いのかもしれませんが、子供から見えるところのレジではなく、他のレジで打っていただきたいと願い出るとあからさまな不機嫌な態度。また常に欠品しているDVDも多々あり、２ヶ月通っても一向に欠品のまま。
近くのレンタルショップがないので利用していますが、おすすめしません。

映画館も近くに2つあるので、映画見たあとにその主題歌を借りたりなんかもアリだと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレジットカードが使えるレジがひとつしかないにも関わらず、そこで現金払いのお客さんと商品の話を長々としており、だいぶ待たされました。ほかのレジが空いているので横にズレるなり配慮して欲しかったです。
また別日に予約したいものがあったので、電話でできるか確認したところ、店舗に来てなら予約が出来ると言われたのでわざわざ店舗まで行ったのに、ここではできませんと言われました。どういうことでしょうか？
さすがに酷すぎて星1つもつけたくありません。みなさん気をつけて。

先日、借りていたDVDを返却に行ったとき、ぎりぎり閉店の時間になってしまいまして、店員さんに断れられました。
他の店舗ではこういったことはないようなので、少し驚きました。
他の方を書かれているとおり、接客態度もあまり良くない印象です。
駐車場については、イオンの駐車場にとめればサービス券を発行してもらえます。
