今度は日進店にランチで行ってきました。
店内はボックス席主体のくつろぎ空間。
テイクアウトの焼肉弁当もやってますが
やっぱり焼肉は店内で食べたいですね。
ランチメニューはシンプルに３種類あり
源蔵定食（1,500円税別）を注文。
飛騨牛カルビ、牛タン、ハラミ、ロース、
鶏肉の５種盛りに前菜、サラダ、スープ、
ライスおかわり自由、デザートの内容で
ドリンクバーまで付きます。
焼肉の質も十分に美味しいレベルなので
ご飯がもりもり進んでおかわりは必然！
しっかり腹パンになって大満足です。
スタッフは若者中心で接客も良かったし
同じ値段で、焼肉弁当を購入するよりも
遥かに良かったです。
ごちそうさまでした。

Because the quality of yakiniku is delicious enough
The rice is sticking in and the refills are inevitable!
I am very satisfied with the firm belly bread.
The staff is mainly young people and the customer service was good
Than buying yakiniku bento at the same price

ただ最近は子供と食べ放題みたいな焼き肉ばかりだったので、メニューが少なく感じました。もう少しサイドメニューに種類があると嬉しいです(*^^*)
個人的にはテールクッパが一番好きです！
お皿では無く、鉄鍋だったら最高です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年程前ですかね？源蔵のピークは間違いなくその頃でしょう。
コロナが無かったのもありますが、とにかく店に入った時のいらっしゃいませ！がとても気持ちが良いものでした。
味も質も量も良く、この辺ではいちばん美味しい店でした。
店員の気遣いや態度も全く違いました。
今や接客もなっていないし対応も遅くミスも多いので教育が行き届いていないのかな？と思います。
こんな状態で衛生管理出来ているのかな？と不安に思いました。
退席後の片付けも慌てていて早すぎるので、勿論除菌も出来ていません。
この質と量だとお腹は満足出来ていないのに、会計はかなり高い。。。
良い商売だなと夫婦で話していました。
これならスーパーで良い肉買って食べたほうが満足いくレベル。
せめてサイドメニューが美味しければ許せますが、冷麺もビビンバもあれだけ美味しかったのに、この数年で何があったのか？というくらいに美味しくないんです。
オーナーが変わったのでは？という結論に辿り着きました。
残念ながらもう行くことはありません。
今の肉に満足している人は、今の源蔵しか知らない人なのではないかな？と思います。
あまりに残念だったので、初めて口コミ書きました。

味付けが塩、タレ(ものによっては味噌なども)から選べるのは嬉しい。
昔は炭火が売りだったが、鉄板焼にしてみたり溶岩焼を謳ってみたりと趣向はちょいちょい変わるお店である。
量を食べたい向きには不向き。
コロナ禍で弁当のテイクアウトを始めたようだ。石焼ビビンバの量はちょっと減った。
店員さんの接客はまぁ学生バイトだなぁという感じ。
