マ	マルゲリータ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年末現在、テイクアウトのみの営業となっています。とてもわたし好みの、素材の味と手作り感が感じられるタルトとスイーツ達。甘すぎず、リッチすぎず、ほんとに程よいんです。硬すぎず柔らかすぎず、分厚すぎないタルト生地と、アーモンドの香りと風味がしっかり感じられる、しっとりしたフィリング生地。この感じが、意外となかなか無いんです！チーズケーキもプリンも、優しくて味わい深くて、絶品。シュトーレンも奇をてらわずマジパンがしっかりアーモンドを感じられて最高でした。紅茶の茶葉のセレクトも、絶妙。（オススメはバニラチャイ） As of the end of 2020, it is only open for takeout. B	Blue Ao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国内の焼き菓子屋さんで、個人的お薦めでは確実に3本の指に入るお店です。素朴でシンプルで、ほんの少しの雑味も感じさせない繊細なお味。私はこちらで自身の一番好きなお砂糖はこれだ！と確信させていただきました。大ファンです笑。神戸は海沿い、栄町エリア。こちらのレトロでなんとも雰囲気のある『榮町ビルディング』の2階で、これまた可愛らしいお店を営んでいらっしゃいます。天然素材、無農薬無添加にこだわりをもたれており、そのお気持ちがお菓子ひとつひとつに溢れているように感じます。何度かお邪魔し、色々いただいたのですが、どちらのお菓子も素材のお味をしっかり味わえるなんとも繊細なお味なのです。一番のお気に入りは(タルトもほうじ茶クッキーもどれもこれも美味しいのですが。。)『サブレ·オ·ブーレ』なのですが、まずお口に運ぶとフワッとバターの香り。そして噛むごとに広がる小麦のお味と、驚くほど優しい甘さ。そうこの甘さが私にはたまらないのです！原材料を商品の裏面シールにて拝見させていただき発見したお砂糖。その名も『てんさい糖』。まろやかな優しい優しい甘さが特徴で、ふわーっとお口に広がったと思うと消えていく儚い甘味。。こちらのお店ではこの『てんさい糖』を焼き菓子に使用されているのです。『きび糖』も好きなのですが、こちらのお菓子をいただく度に、あー私はやはり『てんさい糖』が一番好きなのだな。。と再確認させていただいております笑。現在カフェはお休みされており、テイクアウトのみで営業されております。季節によって変わるタルトや、定番のクッキー達、バターの芳醇な香りがたまらないガレット。。などなど。焼き菓子好きな方には是非とも一度お召し上がりいただきたいお品が色々ございます。是非一度足をお運びください！ It's a baked confectionery shop in Japan, and it's definitely one of the three restaurants that I personally recommend.
