温	温故佐門Hashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日23日日帰りで、偕楽園横のもみじ谷に紅葉探索。リチェッタにはお昼に伺いました。コースのみで、アラカルトがなかったのが残念でしたが、コースは、茨城県産の珍しい食材を「旨く」調理されており、オーセンティックなイタリアンと呼べると思います。残念なことは、ウエイトレスにあまり原材料教育がなされていないようで、多くの質問に答えられなかったこと。でもシェフが席に来ていただき説明をした頂き感謝です。女房とメインに違うものを選び、シェアーし、瑞穂牛と梅山豚を頂きました。瑞穂牛は赤身でとても美味。梅山豚は中国原産で日本では茨城の牧場一軒が生育しているとのこと。注文を取る人が、笑顔で商品説明をすれば、客は増えると思います！結論：質、量とも満足。価格は大満足。 On a day trip yesterday, 23rd, I searched for autumn leaves in Momiji Valley next to Kairakuen.
