★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル漏れの修理の為、こちらでエンジンを降ろしたあと、クーラーの吹き出し口から熱気が出てきました。他店で診断してもらうとワイヤーが本来と違う所を通してあり、ヒーターバルブが閉まりきらない状態でした。愛知県の社長に電話すると、整備でワイヤーを触っておらず、うちは関係ないと言っていました。また車検の際にリヤのバックランプが点灯していない事が判明しました。エンジンを降ろした際スイッチ2ヶ所を付け忘れていたようです。
予約しているにも関わらず、車を預ける際は遠方から来たから仕方なく預かる、忙しくていつ修理出来るかわからない。預かるとしても室外で預かる、と店長は話していました。
最低な接客だと感じました。
いい加減な整備で信用できません。こちらのお店はオススメしません。
空冷ポルシェの整備でしたら近くにしんりゅうがあるのでそちらをオススメします。ショックの交換とリヤガラス周囲のラバー交換をお願いしましたが整備も接客も完璧でした。
After lowering the engine here to repair the oil leak, hot air came out from the outlet of the cooler. When I was diagnosed at another store, the wire was passing through a place different from the original one, and the heater valve could not be closed completely. When I called the president of Aichi prefecture, he said that he hadn't touched the wire for maintenance and that we had nothing to do with it. Also, during the vehicle inspection, it was found that the rear back lamp was not lit. It seems that I forgot to attach two switches when I took down the engine.
Even though I have a reservation, when I leave my car, I have no choice but to leave it because I came from afar, and I am busy and I do not know when I can repair it. The store manager said that even if it was kept, it would be kept outdoors.
I felt that it was the worst customer service.
I can't trust it because of sloppy maintenance. We do not recommend this shop.
If you are maintaining an air-cooled Porsche, there is a shinryu nearby, so I recommend that. I asked for the shock and the rubber around the rear glass, but the maintenance and customer service were perfect.
