★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を見に行った訳ではなく子供がトイレを我慢できずトイレを借りました。とっても親切で丁寧にトイレを案内してくれ出る時も環八に出してくれ見えなくなるまで見送って下さいました。車を購入する時は、このようなお店で買いたいです。

店内も綺麗で文句のつけようがないのですが、ホンダの車種で欲しいものがなく今回の買い替えの候補から外れてしまいました。
ですが、次回買い替えの際には候補として伺いたい店舗です。
The response of the sales staff and the customer service of the entire store are of high quality that can be said to be Honda.
The inside of the store is also beautiful and I can't complain, but I didn't have what I wanted for Honda's car model, so I wasn't a candidate for this replacement.
However, it is a store that I would like to visit as a candidate the next time I buy a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に点検の日時の予約をして伺っても、担当の営業マンは半休で居ないです。車検毎に整備士側、営業側で担当者が代わります。
年間走行距離は1万キロ以下ですが、前回車検、その前の車検で交換した必要の無いモノを再度交換させようと見積してきます。
電話口で詐欺紛いの見積もりの指摘をしたところ認めてしまう体たらく。
車に詳しく無い方は恐らく言われるままに実施するでしょう。
紆余曲折で購入した車両ですが、そこらの町の整備工場の方がよほど親身になってくれます。
明日には本体のメーカーにクレーム入れる予定です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業さんによります。最初対応いただいた方はとても丁寧な人でした。急遽の訪問となり2回目は別の営業さんでしたが、まぁやる気ないことこの上なし... 試乗は同乗なし、商談は沈黙多く、聞いたことに答えるのみ。ここで車を買いたい、この車が気になる、という気持ちが一気に薄れました。そのおかげで別メーカーに候補を絞ることができました、ありがとうございます。
