今日ちょっと迷いながら行ったので。コクーン店内にもう少し案内標識あればいいんですけどねぇ。
で、GAPさんに関してですが、もう完璧な接客を受けることができました。ファストファッションではなく、一流ブランドのコンシェルジュかと思うくらい教育されていると感じました。また行きます！
 Cocoon 1 is located on the second floor of the West Wing.
I went a bit lost today. It would be nice if there was a little more signpost inside the Cocoon store.
Well, regarding GAP, I was able to receive a perfect customer service. I felt that I was educated to think that it was a first-class concierge, not fast fashion. I will go there again!

品質も良く、またバーゲンもしばしば開催される。大人、子供、ベイビーと全ての年齢層の洋服や小物が揃っている。
土日は、込み合いますが、平日の日中は、ゆっくりと買い物が出来ます。
メンバー登録で、バーゲン品でも5%引き。
Equipped with parking lot. The location is good, just a 2-minute walk from Saitama Shintoshin.
The quality is good and bargains are often held. We have clothes and accessories for adults, children, babies and all age groups.
It is crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, but you can shop slowly during the day on weekdays.
By registering as a member, you can get a 5% discount on bargain items.

好きなデザインのが少なかった。
もっとGAP文字の控え目なデザイインが多くなると良いのになぁ～。
It was cheap as a trainer, but there are many cases where the GAP characters are insisted on.
There were few favorite designs.
I wish there were more modest designs for GAP characters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0歳の娘と妻の三人で行きました。店内で私が娘をあやしていると女性の店員が話しかけてきました。「そんなにあやさなくてイイ」「あやしてパフォーマンスしなくていい」と言われました。私は普段から子育てはしているので、パフォーマンスのつもりは一切ないし、子育てアピールしてる訳でもない。折角気持ちよく買い物しようとしてたのに、最悪な気分になりました。その日1日イライラしっぱなしでした。マジで従業員の教育がなってないし、人として発言がオカシイと思う。
I went with my 0-year-old daughter and my wife. A female clerk told me that I was cradling my daughter in the store. I was told, "I don't have to be so angry" and "I don't have to be angry and perform." I'm raising children on a regular basis, so I have no intention of performing, and I'm not appealing for parenting. I was trying to shop comfortably, but I felt terrible. I was frustrated all day. Employees are not really educated, and I think it's funny to say something as a person.
