m	moekyapi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで2ヶ月ほど前に結婚指輪を購入しました。その際はスタッフの方が親身になって対応してくださり、いいお店に出会えたと思いました。しかし受け取り前に電話やメールでの連絡は一切無し。こちらから連絡をすれば良かった話ですが、指輪をお願いした際にそのような事は言われなかったので、受け取り伝票に記載された日にちに、お店に向かいました。主人はわざわざ仕事の午前休をもらって、一緒に店舗へ行ったのですが、お店は真っ暗。扉に貼られた紙を見ると、5月17日から平日は完全予約制になったとのこと。電話で聞こうとするが、電話の対応は本店への連絡で、しかも13時からの受け付け。午前中に店舗に着いたため、仕方なく主人とその時間まで待ち、13時になってならすぐに本店に電話をしたら、どの店舗も、メールや電話でお客様に確認の連絡を入れているとのことでした。予約が必要になったことなどこちらは一切知らなかったので、尚更連絡すべきだったのではないですか？主人もわたしも楽しみにしていて、実物を一緒に店舗で確認したくて店舗受け取りにしたのに、結局郵送です。大切な日が、最悪な日になりました。本当に無駄な時間でした。ここへきてのスタッフの対応に、指輪をキャンセルしたいくらいの気持ちです。本当に残念です。 I bought a wedding ring here about two months ago.
