A casual gym where you can train independently with one coin. You can also take unique lessons (probably a possible program for children) by professional trainers such as machines, boxers and yoga. 他にもヨガやキックボクササイズの教室があるみたいなので、そちらも参加してみようかと思っています(*ˊᵕˋ*)
I go training with my friends! Even beginners can enjoy it because they can teach you how to use the equipment from scratch!
It seems that there are other yoga and kickboxing classes, so I'm thinking of participating in that as well (* ˊᵕˋ *).
