電話では委任状のこと言わなかったと伝えたら「きちんと伝えてませんでしたか？でも良かったじゃない次回この用紙に記入して来たら窓口で記入する手間無くなるから」って!!きちんと調べ無かった自分もだけど言い方に頭にきた

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三ツ境駅から徒歩約10分。事務所迄の歩道は狭くてアップダウンがあるので降雪時とその後の数日には特に注意してください。変則な交差点の横断歩道を渡る時は、車に注意、特に夕暮れの薄暗い時や夜間。なぜか天候が変わりやすい場所なので注意。
事務所は2階に在ります。階段は狭く、やや暗い。エレベーターが有ります。給水審査は業務委託されています。
図面の交付は、所有者か使用者、もしくはその委任を受けた人。
