酒場というくらいなのでタンメン(750円)以外にも餃子や唐揚げなどもあり居酒屋としてもしっかりしていました
メインのタンメンは鶏ガラの透き通ったスープに桜海老らしきものが入っており桜海老の風味もして、あっさりしていてとても美味しい一杯でした。〆の一杯にもいいかと思います
麺は中細ストレートでやや固めに茹でられていてパツパツ切れる感じで相性が良かったです

The main tanmen was a clear soup of chicken broth with something that looked like sakura shrimp, and it had the flavor of sakura shrimp, so it was a light and very delicious cup. I think it's good for a cup of 〆
The noodles were medium-thin straight and boiled a little hard, and it was a good match with the feeling that it was crisp.

（ポテサラ美味しかった）
長いネイルに指輪を付けたまま素手で
鶏肉に片栗粉を付けて、こねくり回してるところが
見えてしまい食べる気を失ってしまいました。
（鶏のからあげを作ってました）
衛生管理が気になるお店でした。
個人的にはただの接客であればネイルが長かろうが、
指輪を付けていようが全く気にならないのですが
調理をするのであれば
せめて指輪は外した方がいいですし、
長いネイルのままでナマモノを触るのは
不衛生すぎます。手袋でもしてください。

料理はなかなか美味しかったです。
とりの刺し身があるのがかなり高得点

メニューは幅広くありますが
ハズレのない安定した品々がお手頃価格で楽しめます。
うな肝は必ず頼みます。
新さんま造りは絶品で是非たまり醤油でご賞味下さい。
おでんは牛すじが柔らかくて最高です。
マスターの懐が深いので、騒いでも良し、静かにしても良しです。
バイトさんたちの接客も行き届いていますし、店内も綺麗で居心地が良いです。
