★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣の庵に行ったが 定休日だったから仕方無しに 隣にあった寅屋に入った。品数はすくないし、カツ丼定食を注文後 だいぶ待ったが 出てこない。 テレビは無音 大音量の訳の分からないBGM、 時間がなくなって 食べずに 千円(低下900円）をカウンターにおいて黙って出できた。
二度と行くまい。
I went to the next hermitage, but since it was a regular holiday, I had no choice but to enter the Toraya next door. The number of items is small, and I waited a long time after ordering the Katsudon set meal, but it didn't come out. The TV was silent, loud and incomprehensible BGM, and I was able to silently put out 1,000 yen (a drop of 900 yen) at the counter without eating because I ran out of time.
I won't go again.

お客さん少ないけどチラシ配りなどされているので、たまには外食 と立ち寄りました。
カロリー高いので暫く食べてない揚げ物を！とトンカツ定食をお願いしました。
小鉢は直ぐに出てきましたが呑まないので小鉢だけあっても、、(^_^;)
竹輪のコンニャクの小鉢でしたキンピラ風だったのかな少しオイリーな気がしました。
まぁ、結構待ちました。
トンカツとご飯と味噌汁が出てくるのですが時間がかなりかかります。
問題点は数点
供される皿が小さすぎてカツとキャベツだけでいっぱいですカツは大きく見えるかもしれませんが食べにくい。
カツの肉は厚めですが中まで火を通すためか提供に時間がかかる上に揚げたてを切ったはずなのにジューシーさがありません。
ある断面はあげてから焼いたのか？と言いたくなる断面でしたし衣はきつね色を通り越して茶色です。パン粉も目の小さな物なのかざっくり感もなくカツが残念でした。
カツというより唐揚げに近い
もう少し肉を叩いて薄くしてから揚げるなり工夫されてはどうかと思います。
味噌汁濃すぎです煮詰まってるのかも知れませんがかなり味が濃い。
千円の定食としては残念な内容でした。
店内は綺麗ですが
大画面でバスケットボール流してここで誰が見るのかな？BGMもいささかボリュームが大きかったです。
接客は悪くないかと思いますが(￣▽￣;)

Tonkatsu, rice and miso soup come out, but it takes a lot of time.
There are several problems
The plate served is too small and full of cutlets and cabbage. The cutlets may look big but are hard to eat.
The cutlet meat is thick, but it takes a long time to serve, probably because it is cooked to the inside, and it should have been cut freshly fried, but it is not juicy.
Did you raise a cross section and then bake it? It was a cross section that made me want to say, and the batter is brown past the golden color. I was disappointed with the cutlet because the bread crumbs were also small eyes.

I think it's a good idea to beat the meat a little more to make it thinner and then fry it.
The miso soup is too thick. It may be boiled, but the taste is quite strong.
It was a shame for a 1,000 yen set meal.
The inside of the store is beautiful
