★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフ不足の日なんだと思いますが、シャンプーしてから頭が濡れた状態で1時間近く椅子に座って待たされました。めちゃくちゃストレス。大変お待たせしましたとかの声もなく、スタッフの感覚マヒしてますね。
客がさばけないなら無理やりシャンプーして客を入れ込むようなことしないで欲しい。整理番号式にして、30分後に来てくれとかいいやり方はあるはず。とにかく酷いです。
I think it was a day when there was a shortage of staff, but after shampooing, I had to sit in a chair for almost an hour with my head wet. Insanely stressful. There is no voice saying that you have kept me waiting so much, and the staff feels paralyzed.
If you can't handle the customers, don't force them to shampoo and get them in. There should be a good way to make it a reference number and come in 30 minutes. Anyway, it's terrible.
