クソです。 接客はこの季節だけの素人クソバイトも多いんですが社員も大概です。 板の説明聞こうと思っても自分が使ってる板を言ってもわからない、 カタログ以下の説明から聞いてもいないのにプロがどうの調子がいいだのどうのと抽象的な説明しかできないし試乗した感想もない。 試乗したフリする奴もいるけどすぐ分かります。 立地で客は来てるのに勘違いした頭の悪いやつばかり。 しまいには滑走する仮想環境に正反対なギアを試しに聞いてみたら真逆の理由で問題ないッスよとか勧めてくる。 こんな奴らがまだまだ厳しいオンスノーの業界を下らなくしてると思うと腹立たしい。 ちなみにこの界隈はほとんど系列店で、 系列同士でギア、ウェアのやりとりとかしてますのでどこで買ってもほぼ同じです。 値段ふっかけて来ることが多いので、怪しかったら系列店にこれこれが買いたいんですが…と聞いて見るといいでしょう。 (売価15〜35%オフの決定は、時期によってギア単品かそうでないかで違い 大本から書類くるので、バイトはそれに合わせるのですが、社員ならもう少し引いてくれるかも知れません。 クソバイトがあえて値引き渋くして、時間おいてそこまで頑張ったフリとかしますが、本当に客をナメてますよね。) 他の店で他で値段聞いたか聞かれますので、はじめ聞いた値段より低く言ってみたほうがいいです。 はじめからそうしろよと思うような、わずかな値段が違って来ることがあります。 接客の質が良ければ多少高く買っても納得できますが、そういった付加価値はない。

噂に聞いた通り、この地域では一番売り上げが良くないためか、スタッフは全員必死で浅はかな知識・勝手な価値観を押し付けてきます。 店にいけば分かると思いすますが、その中でも背が低めの若干ツイストパーマがかかったような(もしくは無駄に髪が傷んでいる)清潔感がないスタッフは知識がないどころか、マスク越しでも口臭が酷かったです。耐えられず、別のお客様のところに行ってもらいました。 スノボ界隈では悪い噂で有名ですが、ここで商品を買うこと自体が汚点になってしまいますので、買い物に行って嫌な経験をされたくない方は近づかないことをお勧めいたします。 ちなみに周りのお店はFUSOではない系列のお店なので、非常にレベルが高いですし、いいお店ばかりです。 (よくある競合店の嫌がらせレビューではなく、正真正銘の1人の客として、書いております。)
