出てくる物件は売れ残りや訳有りの不良物件ばかりで、そもそも持っている物件数が他店と比べ圧倒的に少ない。
とどめにお爺さんの方の店員の接客態度がなぜかとても高圧的、とあらゆる面で非常に不愉快な思いをした。
そこそこ立地が良いのに流行っていない理由がよく分かる典型的な三流店。
