★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もともと好きなお店なので、伺いました。小樽の1号店にも行ったことがあるけれど、静岡県で食べるものと特に違いは無い気がしました。全国どこで食べても同じ味ってのが、チェーン店の良いところです。
11時半前に店に着き、ウェイティング無しで案内されました。ソーシャルディスタンスを取っているのでしょうか、お客とお客の間に空席を作りながらの案内だったように思います。
食べたのはエッグバーグステーキと和セット、日曜だったのでランチメニューがなく、ハンバーグは200gと300gからの選択で200gを選びました。
びっくりドンキーが気に入っている最大のポイントはこのスタンダードなソースの美味しさです。何て言うソースなんだろう、オニオンのようでもありグレイビーのようでもあり、出きることなら買って帰りたい。
ごはんもみそ汁もファミレスと比べるとちょっと多めの盛りで若い人にはいいですね。サラダの味付けである特製マヨネーズもとても美味しいです。
出きることなら、もう少しハンバーグソースをかけてほしいかな。途中で熱々鉄板で干上がって少し物足りなく感じます。
スタッフもみなさん、とても感じが良くストレス無く店を後にしました。
 I've always liked this shop, so I visited it. I've been to the first store in Otaru, but I feel that it's not particularly different from what I eat in Shizuoka prefecture. The good thing about chain stores is that they taste the same no matter where you eat them.
I arrived at the store before 11:30 and was guided without waiting. Perhaps they are taking a social distance, I think it was a guide while creating vacant seats between customers.
I ate Eggberg steak and Japanese set, and since it was Sunday, there was no lunch menu, so I chose 200g for hamburger steak from 200g and 300g.
The biggest thing that Bikkuri Donkey likes is the deliciousness of this standard sauce. I wonder what the sauce is, it's like an onion and a gravy, and I want to buy it if I can get it.
Rice and miso soup are a little more than the family restaurant, which is good for young people. The special mayonnaise, which is the seasoning of the salad, is also very delicious.
If you can get out, I'd like you to add a little more hamburger sauce. On the way, it dries hot on an iron plate and feels a little unsatisfactory.
All the staff were very comfortable and left the store without stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セットメニューが、安くてとってもお得でした。ハンバーグが、選べてスープか味噌汁かをえらんで、飲み物を選んで、デザートを選んで¥1500しないです。
とっても、家族でも安心して食べれます。
飲み物もデザートも、セットだから、小さいわけではなくて普通サイズです。両親的です。
The set menu was cheap and very profitable. The hamburger steak chooses soup or miso soup, chooses a drink, chooses a dessert, and does not cost ¥ 1500.
Very, even families can eat with confidence.
Drinks and desserts are a set, so they are not small but normal size. I'm parents.

そんなに混んでなくてすぐ席に案内され、席に座ることが出来ました。
席はちゃんと掃除されていて心地よかったです。
注文して10分～15分ぐらいで頼んだハンバーグが来ました。
接客は丁寧な方でした。
デザートは写真と変わらないできで感動しました！
上記はよかったですが、下記はちょっと改善してくれると嬉しい事を書きました。
ポテサラの形が少し崩れていました。
味は変わらないですが、少し気になりました。
お味噌汁はなめこ、ほうれん草、ねぎでしたが、私のお味噌汁はほうれん草、ネギはちゃんと入ってましたが、なめこが2つしか入ってなかったです。
通路を何人もの店員さんが通ってるのにお水がなくても素通りしてくのですが、この店舗では、ベルを鳴らさないとお水のおかわりしてくれないのでしょうか？
他店舗はベル鳴らさないで来てくれるので当たり前だと思っていました。
長々となってしまってすいません。
I came to the store about the day before yesterday.
It wasn't so crowded and I was immediately guided to my seat and was able to sit down.
The seats were clean and comfortable.
The hamburger I ordered came in about 10 to 15 minutes.
The customer service was polite.
I was impressed with the dessert as it was in the photo!
The above was good, but I wrote that I would be happy if the following could be improved a little.
The shape of the potato salad was a little out of shape.
The taste is the same, but I was a little worried.
The miso soup was nameko, spinach, and green onions, but my miso soup contained spinach and green onions, but only two nameko.
There are many clerk in the aisle, but even if there is no water, they pass by, but at this store, if I don't ring the bell, will the water be replaced?
I took it for granted that other stores would come without ringing the bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食の時間帯、外にも何組か待ってましたが機械で受け付けをして割とすぐに席につくことができました。
満席に見えましたがオーダーしてから料理がくるのも早く、スタッフの若い方たちも感じが良かったです。地元のびっくりドンキーよりここの函南のお店の方が良いお店に感じました。ごちそうさまでした！
During the dinner time, I waited for several groups outside, but I was able to take a seat relatively quickly after accepting by machine.
It seemed to be full, but the food came quickly after ordering, and the young staff members also felt good. I felt that the shop in Kannami here was better than the local surprise donkey. Thank you for the meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's usually a wait here, but they have great hamburger patties, desserts and beer. Ample car parking and, if you can't get in, you don't have to move your car to try one of the other neighboring restaurants!
