★ ★ ★ ★ ★ からし焼きラーメン6本。辛味もあり美味しい。唐辛子の辛さ。麺は細麺、焼豚ではなく豚肉ともやしの炒めたものと豆腐が具材。焼豚があまり好きではないのでこの具材は嬉しい。生姜とニンニクもちょうどよく効いていてとても美味しかった。駐車場は5台分くらい。営業は平日のみのようです。辛味は唐辛子本数1-10まで。3が多いようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10段階中の1辛のからし焼き麺と半炒飯を注文。辛さ苦手だが十分辛かった。客の平均は2~3辛との事。ﾓﾔｼ等の野菜や豚肉も量多く旨い。又麻婆を意識したのか煮込み豆腐も多く入っていて旨い。細麺で食べやすかった。コロナの影響で客が余り入ってなかったがここは絶対穴場。老夫婦が店閉めなければよいのだが‼️ 炒飯も味濃く旨い??✨
I ordered 1 spicy mustard-grilled noodles and half-fried rice out of 10 stages. I'm not good at spiciness, but it was spicy enough. The average number of customers is 2-3 spicy. Vegetables such as bean sprouts and pork are also delicious in large quantities. Also, it is delicious that it contains a lot of stewed tofu, probably because it was conscious of mapo tofu. 地元の人が、小さい頃から通ってるから、なんとなく行っちゃう店。
からし焼ラーメン(3本)と餃子を注文。
麺は硬めで提供され、スープは甘めベースに唐辛子とスパイス(胡椒？)が入っている。スープを最後まで飲み干せちゃうとかいう人は辛さのあとにほんのりとした甘さがくるから飲み続けられるだけだと思う。滅多に提供された料理を残そうとは思わないが、「もういらない」と思わせる。850円は高すぎる。
餃子は写真の通り皮が破れててもお構いなしで提供される。肉感はなく、なんの変哲もない野菜餃子。タレをつけないと食べられないほど薄い味。
入店時から厨房からの「注文が違う」や「(何が)足りない」などの怒号が聞こえ、嫌な気分にされられる。
喫煙可のため、喫煙者にはありがたいのかもしれないが、タバコを吸わない人にとっては迷惑でしかない。

I ordered mustard-grilled ramen (3 bottles) and dumplings.
The noodles are served hard, and the soup has a sweet base with pepper and spices (pepper?). People who can drink the soup to the end will only be able to continue drinking because the spiciness is followed by a slight sweetness. I don't want to keep the food that is rarely served, but it makes me think "I don't need it anymore". 850 yen is too expensive.
As you can see in the picture, the dumplings are served without any problem even if the skin is torn. Vegetable dumplings that have no flesh and are not unusual. The taste is so light that you can't eat it without sauce.
From the time I entered the store, I heard angry words such as "The order is wrong" and "(What) is not enough" from the kitchen, which makes me feel uncomfortable.
Smoking is allowed, which may be appreciated by smokers, but it is only annoying to those who do not smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は一通の道路に面しており店の目の前に3台駐車場あり。私が訪問した際は満車でしたが徒歩数分の所に60分まで無料で駐車出来るリモーネ第2駐車場がありそちらに停めさせて頂きました。焼きからしラーメン850円という激辛系ラーメンが人気のようですが自分は辛い物を食べると尋常では無いほど大汗をかくので今回はパスして味噌ラーメン700円とミニチャーハン200円をオーダー。最初にサービスの漬物とミカンが出て来ました。提供までは少し待ちます。味噌ラーメンは味噌の風味も良くもやしもシャキシャキで美味しい。スープも熱々で食べ終えるまで冷めませんでした。ミニチャーハンもチャーシューがゴロゴロ入っており食べ応えあり。これで200円はかなりお得。他のメニューもかなりリーズナブルでラーメンは550円。お店は昔ながらのラーメン店という感じですがきちんとカウンターも仕切られていて感染症対策も万全です。接客も優しさが感じられてすごく良かったです。次はバスタオル持参で焼きからしラーメンにチャレンジしたいです。
