★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日のお昼に通りかかって、カツ丼と蕎麦のセットとかあるでしょと適当に入ったら、お上品なメニュー構成にうろたえたり。
お蕎麦も天ぷらも素材の良さを感じさせる美味しさでした。
ただ、急いでる人とがっつり食べたい人は他所に行った方がいいw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の近くにあってずっと気になっていたお蕎麦屋さん。
そばだけでなく新鮮な魚介類や鴨料理など日替わりのメニューが手書きの札に書き連ねて有りました。
また新潟をはじめ北陸の地酒がいくつか置いておりしっぽりと酒と料理を楽しめます。
この日は鮪ブツ刺し、ごぼうの天ぷら、里芋の揚げ浸し、ねぎ鮪鍋、イカゲソ焼き、金目鯛の炙り刺しを注文。鮪は築地市場の専門業者から仕入れているこだわりようでとても美味しかったです。
しめにかき揚げそばをいただきました。蕎麦粉にも拘った手打ちの自家製麺はとても美味しかったです。
また行きたいところですが...ところどころあらが目についてしまいました。細かくなりますが、ねぎ鮪鍋のねぎが生でとても辛く食べられたものではありませんでした。また金目鯛の刺身は皮目にウロコがたくさん残っていました。さらに里芋の揚げ浸しは里芋の中心がまだ冷たかったです。極め付けはそばの中に金束子の破片のような金属片が入っていました。
器の種類も豊富、盛り付けも綺麗、味付けも良いだけに残念な点が目についてしまいました。今後改善されることを切に願っています。ごちそうさまでした。

On this day, I ordered sashimi of sashimi, burdock tempura, deep-fried taro, green onion sashimi, grilled squid, and roasted alfonsino. The tuna was procured from a specialist in the Tsukiji market and was very delicious.
I had Kakiage soba noodles. The handmade homemade noodles made with buckwheat flour were very delicious.
I'd like to go there again ... I've noticed some of them here and there. It's finer, but the green onions in the green onion hot pot weren't eaten raw and very spicy. In addition, the sashimi of red sea bream had a lot of scales left on the skin. Furthermore, the center of the taro was still cold when the taro was deep-fried and soaked. There was a metal piece like a piece of gold scrubbing brush in the buckwheat noodles.
There are a wide variety of dishes, the arrangement is beautiful, and the seasoning is good, so I noticed a disappointing point. I sincerely hope that it will be improved in the future. Thank you for the meal.

ご主人が調理師免許を持ったかなりのグルメなんですね。
