1人でされてるのでお客様が多いと少しペースダウンしてしまいます。
なのであまり教えたくないお店。
いつも楽しみにしてます!
This is the most decent Japanese food in Fukushima
Since it is done by one person, if there are many customers, the pace will slow down a little.
So I don't want to tell you too much about it.
I'm always looking forward to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチの鶏と茸のつけ蕎麦、天ぷら盛合せをいただきました。出汁がとても美味しく、どの料理も大変美味しかったです。ランチなのに目の前で揚げられた、美味しい天ぷらが食べられて最高でした。
We had chicken and mushroom soba noodles and tempura assortment for lunch. The soup stock was very delicious and all the dishes were very delicious. Even though it was lunch, it was great to eat delicious tempura fried in front of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4月に南大阪方面へ転勤になってしまったので久しぶりに「なかしま」さんへの訪問。
ランチは月、水、金曜日のみの営業でメニューもお蕎麦と前菜、天ぷらのセットのみで、お蕎麦は冷たい蕎麦か温かいつけ蕎麦が選べます。
私はいつも温かいつけ蕎麦を選びますが、つけ汁には鳥肉、キノコ等具が沢山で、これだけでも十分なボリュームです。
当然天ぷらも熱々の揚げたてが出てきます。
店内はカウンターと奥にテーブル席がありますが、お昼過ぎには女性客でいっぱいになることも。
今日は雨だったので私達以外に女性客がおひとりでした。
和蕎麦のつけ蕎麦ですが、以前長野県の奈川温泉でいただいた「とう汁そば」に少し雰囲気が似ているかなと思います。
大阪へ出る機会がある時は立ち寄りたいお店です。
Since I was transferred to the South Osaka area in April, I visited "Nakashima" for the first time in a while.
Lunch is open only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and the menu is only a set of soba, appetizer, and tempura, and you can choose cold soba or hot soba noodles.
I always choose warm soba noodles, but the soup has a lot of ingredients such as poultry and mushrooms, which is enough volume.
Naturally, the tempura is also hot and freshly fried.
There is a counter and table seats in the back of the store, but it can be full of female customers after noon.
It was raining today, so there was only one female customer besides us.
It's a soba noodle with Japanese soba noodles, but I think it has a slightly similar atmosphere to the "Toju soba" that I had at Nagawa Onsen in Nagano prefecture.
This is the shop you want to stop by when you have the opportunity to go to Osaka.

Chicken and mushroom pickled soba + tempura assorted lunch 1200 yen order. There was a lot of mushrooms in it, it was big and the taste was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま、駐車場の近くの路地に入るとランチタイムの看板が出ていて入店しましたがカウンター席メインでこじんまりした素敵なお店。店主一人で対応してましす。ランチはお蕎麦メインでしたが、お蕎麦が最高。天ぷら、先付けもついていて1,200円でした。仕事が丁寧なので、どれも美味しかったです。緊急事態でなければ日本酒で食べたかったです。
It happened that when I entered the alley near the parking lot, there was a signboard for lunch time and I entered the store, but it was a nice small store with a main counter seat. The shop owner will handle it alone. Lunch was mainly soba, but soba is the best. Tempura and pre-attached items cost 1,200 yen. The work was polite, so they were all delicious. I wanted to eat sake if it wasn't an emergency.
