手続きに1時間近くかかった挙句、鈴木という高圧的な職員が居てうんざり。課長だか何だか知りませんが、見下しているのがバレバレな接客。
手続きをしている間も常に銀行内はガラガラ、女性職員はおしゃべり。
待合席では頭が痛くなるほど大音量でかかるCM。
こりゃ福島銀行が廃る訳だと実感しました。
次から福島銀行を利用しているお客様には東邦銀行に口座を移す事をお勧めします。もう二度と行きたくない銀行、栄誉あるナンバーワンです。永遠にさようなら。
