店員が何人かで集まって笑いながら話しているのが目につきました。
またレジを担当していた女性店員（10〜20代）は挨拶はいいのだが、小銭を投げるようにバラバラと置くため客が小銭を取りづらい。見た時うわっと思っちゃいましたね。
挨拶が良い分、勿体無いなと思いました。
改善お願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掃除用家電を購入しましたが、２ヶ月で部品破損しました。交換時の店員の対応が、謝罪も無く次回は有料ですの発言、使用者に責任がある口ぶりがとても不快でした。メーカー保証が１年の商品なのに何回も壊れるのか？と更に不愉快でした。
普段購入している消耗品は安価でとても良いだけに残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からこのカインズホームはよく来ていました、私の性格的に1つものを購入する度にネットや各店舗等を色々調べてから決めるタイプです。その上で最近注目しているのはカインズホーム。先日郡山富田店にいき隅々までみて感動！全てのカテゴリーが充実していて驚きました。この鎌田店は中規模店舗で富田店の半分以下かな。
あの店舗を見てしまうとこの鎌田店ではどうしても不満が残ってしまうかな。日々の買い物には困らないかもしれないけど探し物をしていて見つからないと、やはり大きいお店に行くべきかなと考えてします。カインズは某県内ＨＳに比べるとオリジナル商品が多いから心ワクワクするけれども探し物が見つからないのは残念。
