1階と5階にわかれており、初めて行った私にはどっちに行くのが正解かわかりませんでした。またスタッフの方は優しく丁寧で素敵でしたが、院長？の人はブランド物の服にネックレスと第一印象からよくありませんでした。まぁ好みの問題かと思いますが…
待たされたと思ったらほんの2〜3言話してじゃあ決まったら来てくださいと終了。受付でも次回予約の確認も何もなく終わりました。拍子抜けで、歯のことなんてわからないのに相談にも乗ってくれないスタンスにがっかり。今思うと腹が立ちます。笑
治療も5階でおこなったり1階に降りたりと大変でした。大きいからなのか関わるスタッフも多いので1人に伝えたことが他の人にも伝わっていないようで不信感につながりました。
もう2度と行くこともないですし、別の歯医者さんを探します。期待していた分すごくがっかりです。

Also, the staff was kind, polite and nice, but is it the director? People weren't good at branded clothes from necklaces and first impressions. Well, I think it's a matter of taste ...
If you think you've been waiting, just say a few words, then come when you've decided. At the reception, there was no confirmation of the next reservation. I was disappointed with the stance that I couldn't get a consultation even though I didn't know about my teeth. I'm angry when I think about it now. Lol
The treatment was also difficult, with the treatment being done on the 5th floor and going down to the 1st floor. There are many staff members involved, probably because they are big, so it seemed that what I told one person was not conveyed to other people, which led to distrust.
I will never go again and I will look for another dentist. I'm really disappointed with what I expected.
